No. As long as you agree to pay the home buyer’s agent the 3% commission upon closing. If you want to sell your house even faster, you have the option of paying them 3.5% or 4%. The choice is yours, however we recommend you work with 3%, or at the lowest 2.5% to insure the agents continued interest in your property.
